EVERTY MATERIALS

Before the installation, Everty will send you all the required physical materials. This includes identification stickers for drivers to utilise the EV chargers, as well as any other necessary items such as IoT sim cards or load management hardware depending on the project scope.
COMMISSION GUIDES AND TRAINING

Everty offers custom user-friendly commission guides complete with visual screenshots so you can commission the Everty software quickly. Additionally, we can provide pre-installation online training of the Everty platform for added convenience.
EMAIL, PHONE & VIDEO SUPPORT

Our support team sets aside dedicated time on the day you complete the software commissioning, ensuring that we are available via phone, video call, or email to assist you promptly. You won’t be left to figure out the process alone.
CLIENT TRAINING AND SUPPORT

Once the EV chargers are installed and the Everty software is commissioned, we do a handover with you to the end client where we provide them instruction manuals, guides for internal users, and online training on the entire Everty platform so they know what to do and aren’t contacting you asking you questions.
