CHARGING HARDWARE
An increasing number of EV charger brands are entering the market, making it challenging to distinguish between quality products vs potential sources of recurring issues. At Everty, we don't manufacture or sell our own EV charging hardware, and we don't receive referral fees for recommending any products.
Our stance is 100% neutral and we exclusively recommend EV charging products that have undergone thorough testing, properly adhere to OCPP compliance standards, and align with the specific requirements of your EV charging application.

CHARGING HARDWARE
Everty requires installation on each EV charger, and akin to installing Windows on a blank PC, this process can be intricate. Typically, the installation, referred to as commissioning, is carried out by the electrical contractor as part of the installation process. However, EV charging owners also have the option to handle this themselves.
Everty offers a variety of tailored guides featuring user-friendly screenshots and instructions for our recommended hardware models. Additionally, we provide support through email, phone, or video to facilitate a swift commissioning of our software.
SUPPORT
Everty provides our EV charging operators with unlimited, complimentary email and phone support as an integral part of your subscription. Typically, we assist in notifying and troubleshooting any issues to swiftly restore your EV charging infrastructure without the need to place a service call.
In cases where a technician is required, our software efficiently rules out certain factors, making identification and pinpointing the cause more straightforward and precise to steamline the technician's efforts ensuring a prompt resolution.
